Was the site down for anyone else I couldnt get on all day and I see there hasnt been many posts.

this happens once in awhile. closed for some isp's and open for others. notice how there are continuous posts during the down time. no idea why this happens to the xoops project

i think might be some international link from the ISP is down

this happens to my place for few months already
i wonder why they not wan to get the problem fixed. many foreign website i cant go, or its very slow.
but local site is ok
