Hi i need to know where to get a good clutch for my ca18. on the north side of brisbane would be good.

Also what clutchs do pepole use?
its a pritty stock ca with a cooler 3inch exhast and some more boost. should i go the srung button type?

I reckon REPCO would be your best bet. They can get pretty much anything in(brand,type.etc) and if you put it on an account the prices are pretty good.

he is at woolongabba and is arguably the best clutch proffesional in aus....

u may also find him under italia spares in the yellow pages...
he also made 10stu's cluch setup before he went auto...
i wish i had of got one before buying two heavy duty repco type clutches....( gee they lasted long ) i think 2 days was the best i got...

so i got a four puck solid centre custom made for my sr ute... it cost around $500 by memory..
aterwards 3rd dumps at 100k's resulted in lots of fun...

What Tappet said. Jim Berry does the best clutches. Chris 10STU clutch is actually in my car these days with a new clutch plate. Its a 3400lbs, 5puck button clutch, sprung centre, using carbonic buttons.

Another vote for Jim. I've known him for years through the Fiat car club. He's a top bloke who builds great clutches. I'm running a 2125lbs clutch that feels very similar to a factory one but I'm yet to make it slip even under race conditions.
