i have one Limited-Slip Differential from one datsun 1200 rally cross, i never used it , but im thinking in trying it in my 120y.

the only thing i know is that the diff has to mutch pressure or %,

what do you think of road use with this diff?

the advantages and the disavantages please.

You don't say how much or little your lsd is slipping.

From your comments, I'll assume it's more or less rigid.......
Dry weather should be o.k.... But it'll be scary in the wet .

I'd suggest looking into different spring pre-load settings for the clutch packs.
You should be able to come up with a workable combination with a bit of trial and error.

Not easily......

You'll need to change the clutch pack pre-load settings on your LSD centre.

How you do this will vary depending on what type of LSD you have.

Most LSD's, you can change the clutch pre-load settings by reducing the torque value you use to tighten up the clutch pack springs.
You may be able to do this with the diff still assembled, but once againg this depends on what type of diff you have.

Alternatively - You can remove & replace the springs with ones that have a lower K (stiffness) factor.
You'll have to remove the axles & diff centre to do this.

Hope this helps.

If it's an H145 LSD it should be fine for the street.
