So what's the story on the B110 entered into the 1973(?) East African Safari Rally?

At the Canby Datsun meet in June, they played a movie about East African Safari Rally's 240Z contest, I think it covered 1971, 1972 and 1973. There were also some 610s (1800s) featured. It was apparently a Nissan promo film.

But at one point they said something like "meanwhile, the Datsun 1200 of ..." and showed a 1200 racing as well.

But none of the race records mention this car... anybody have more information?

interesting. I'm not aware of a works 1200 rally car - they certainly had works 1600 and 240Z entries in various years. would be interested to find out more.
