this one has got me f*%# driving normaly is fine shrashing it is fine but as soon as i through it in to a corner it cuts out ( i have fat tires so it goes around corners pretty fast ) i think maybe carby flot is too high any idea s ?????????????

more likely too low??? as you corner, instead of gettin petrol your gettin air??

I haven't looked at a carb in years but it sounds like you need more petrol in the float chamber??

try cornering whith your clutch engaged and holding a constant throttle..if revs go up it's leaning out?? if revs drop its running rich???

You can check the float level of your carb through the little round window on the front of the carb, it should be pretty close to the center of the window while the car is idling

Give this a read too mate, has helped me learn alot about the standard 1200 carby.
