I am still trying to catch my breath after I was knocked into shock after my local parts supplier asked for $198 when he handed me a pair of F6 emulsion tubes, a pair of 180,185 and 190 air correctors, a pair of 45 idle jets and a pair of 145 and 150 main jets for my weber 38/38 DGAS carburettor.
He said well mate thats why everyone is going to holleys, when I asked about the massive price (I just couldn't believe it!)
are these parts really so expensive or did they see me coming?

I paid $300 for a mint condition fully reconditioned 38/38 DGAS weber carb but it had been jetted for a 2L ford escort, who wants to buy the 2L jets, emulsions, and air correctors? I will sell em mates rates like $20 each!!!! seriously how can they justify such a massive price for a threaded bit of brass with holes drilled in it!
