will an A12 gear box bolt up to an A15? i have come accross some one with an A15 and gearbox for sale. i dont want to buy the gearbox if i dont need to.
any help asap would be great

yes all A series gear boxs will fit all A series engines

just remember that the standard a12 1200 (56 series) boxes will be a lot weaker than the dattos that came out with a15's (60 series etc) as the a15 has a lot more tourque from factory.
Just something else to think about

Take the A15 gearbox as well - sell it off to someone on this site - a few people would like a smooth case 4 speed (which comes with the A15)
