Monroe GT Gas shocks....? $160 from Autobarn. i put them all round in my ute, $120 for fronts and 120Y & 1200 front shocks are the same.

i figure that a new shock couldnt be worse than my old one so if anything it should be better.

does that ehlp?

Go for Kyb oil/gas assisted. More expensive look at konis, but you really have to justify pricewise what you want to do with the car, no good wearing out super expensive shocks on the road just for a annual trackday.

I'd stay well away from anything monroe or gabriel, pedders gas too.
