yep keep december 2 and 3 available as the bathurst light car club is conducting a supersprint on the 2nd ( two people side by side down conrod straight to the finish line) and on the 3rd there is a mountain straight hillclimb.

bugger im going to autosalon on the 2nd and the nostalgia drags on the 3rd

Ill be there but unfortunatly not in the datsun its running behind around a month now the car will be running but wont have time for tuning and runing in ect.
My mate will be entering in his just finished GT40 replica it is a very nice bit of gear.
I was really lookign forward to cranking the datsun up as it normally does pretty well at this event.

the supersprint is great to watch from the inside of the chase as you get the odd person who forgets that their car has steering throught the kink just before the chase (or goes in to hard for the car) and does 360's all the way down to the chase just as long as it isnt me that will be fine

i'd hoped to be there in either my new sunny sedan or the l18 sunny coupe,but having blown up the engine in my navara (cracked block,run bearings,oil & water where they shouldn't be),
& tearing a calf muscle pushing the navara off the road, i wont be there to race.i might come up & spectate,i just have to decide which day.
probably sunday,because i've never seen a mount straight hillclimb.
