i have a h165 diff what can be done with this diff and what are the centres upgrades for lsd and can i put disk brakes on it and if so what off

Nismo LSDs are available from Japan for about $1200 plus shipping.
The disks from a Bluebird will fit..

i dont want to spend that much but which bluebird should i look for should i grab a whole diff will the callapers fit and backing plate

Series 2 Bluebird, its a slighty complicated setup as it uses discs for regular breaking and drum and shoes for the park brake.
So you will want to get all the bits, but they will bolt onto your ute diff.
