This is called the "Cowell top":

On a B110 the louvered part is a separate piece ("Cowell top grille"), but it looks like in your photo of the B310(?) the louvers are in the sheet metal itself (Cowell Top).

I have a spare one for a square headlight model, but I dont know how you/I would go about getting it to Hawaii?

Has anybody else sent big stuff overseas? How do you do it?

Ive got one from an 81 210 Square headlight also. that I can send you. I just bought the car about two weeks ago has a rebuilt 5spd with less than a year on it. i bought it for the A15.

I send parts to HI quite often.

don't LHD and RHD "Scuttle panels" differ?.... with regards to the hole for the wipers to come through....

I had never thought of that

Also there are differences between the round and square headlight models too. Because the bonnets are different and the body lines continue up to the scuttle panel.
