depends on the offset, it doesnt take much to have them rubbing on the inside

There is a photo here somewhere of 13x8 steelies. He reckons it's stock guards and no scrub front or back. I tried to get some more detail when the photo was posted. Someone told me that cortinas came out with these standard on some model.

i used to run 15x6 front & rear with 195/45 tyres, but the rears could've fit a 15x7 without issue

ok so it isn't a 1200 ute, But the previous owner of my 120Y thought having 4 wheels and tyres wasn't enough!

YES he put dual rear wheels on it... which rubbed BADLY

the marks above the rear wheel were caused by the duals...

still have the duals, but I have cut them back to singles... which rub on the leaf springs... the rims are 910 bluebird steelies...

but it' currently has 14"alloy rims on the back of it (off my Jan '81 sunny)

I had 13x7's on the rear of my coupe running a 225 tyre. It was lowered 2 inches and had an extra leaf in the rear springs. The guards were lipped and pumped and only scrapped when there were two people in the back seat.
