Hay all, my plans have changed so I am selling up my CA18DE and associated bits (going for SR20DE). Motor is fully stripped and cleaned. All parts have be kero washed and scrubbed by myself. All alloy bits have been sand blasted. All the engine would need is a STD rebuild kit and it would be good to go.
Major parts are listed below;
CA18DE BLOCK, STANDARD BORE WITH MINIMAL GLAZING, ALSO RAN A TAP THROUGH ALL BOLT HOLES-
CRANK AND RODS -
PLENUM - OPENED UP TO ACCEPT UP TO 67mm THROTTLE BODY AND PORT MATCHED TO HEAD
RUNNERS - PORTED AND MATCHED TO MANIFOLD AND HEAD WITH BUTTERFLYS REMOVED
HEAD - PORTED MILDY ON INTAKE SIDE BUT EXTENSIVLY ON EXHAUST SIDE (WAS GOING NOS) ALL VALVE GEAR HAS BEEN STRIPPED AND CLEANED WITH THE VALVES BEING INDIVIDUALLY HAND LAPPED TO SEATS AND NUMBERED. i SPEMT ABOUT 3 DAYS DOING THE PORTING BUT THERE IS NO FLOW BENCH RESULTS.
OIL PUMP - STRIPPED CLEANED INSTECTED PACKED FULL OF VASOLIENE (for priming) AND REASSEMBLED
COMPUTER AND LOOM -ALL ENGINE PLUGS AND SENSORS AND COILS.
2 RADIATORS - 1xBRASS, 1xALLOY
