For those interested in numbers it pulled about 185kW/8500rpm at ~18psi.

Appears I burnt out an injector driver inside the Autronic ECU.. So I couldn't finish the dyno tune last night either. I have some jobs to do for next time.
I will need to advance the camwheels to bring the power back down the rev range a little.

We think It'll safely break 200kW next time.

Sounds sweet chris 185rwkw is still very healthy, with 18psi sounds like you have had quite a few dramas with the autronic
My car should be tuned there next week
|ll give you a call and maybe can catch up?

Sounds like a reasonable plan to catch up. You didn't miss anything craig, was going ok, then it all fell apart when the injectors started failing.

We got on the dyno at about 9pm I suppose. Took us 2 hours to find the cause, we left Unigroup at about 12:30am.

Car ran ok for 1/2 of the way home, and limped home on 3 cylinders for the remainder.

I'll try to make it. I'll bring a six pack if I come along. Not enough refreshments at Unigroup. I might have to look into installing a Coke machine there to make some money!

Thanks for the comments Ange. I hope it all turns out good too.

Sounds healthy... up to here...

Do you have a dump/blowoff valve on there? It doesn't sound like it...

Checked out your webpage, one of the pictures of particular interest, was the one on the Stanza caster arms. The standard bakkie caster arms on the front suspension I bought, looks exactly like the ones from the Stanza in your pictures. Now the stupid question, what difference do they make?

Yes, its got an SSQV blow off valve that is 'plumbed back' so that you don't hear the psshh noise. It's illegal to have an atmo vent BOV in australia, and you may as well give yourself defect fines if you drive on the street with it making the pshh noise.

I run stanza castor arms that are machined down to the same length as 1200 ones.. They are thicker in diameter to the B110 ones. It's possible that bakkie ones have increased in size, due to the increase in engine size. by machining them down, I can modify the castor by using
washers on the eng of the castor rod, but with large diameter wheels, there is not much room for adjustment.

Sounds good. What is the sound at the end? Is it the tires breaking traction on the dyno rollers?
