I just picked up a set of 14" rims. They are 4 bolt by 4.5" (114.5mm) pattern. Perfect offset/backspacing for 1200. Could'nt be more then 9 pounds without a tire. I got them for a great price. But, they don't seem to exist..

They are marked with UPSILON and STRATO.

Any info on what they are or where they come from? Clearly rare, but I am curious.
