Yep, it's got all the factory 1200 GX convertable features. Stylish top, wheels, bodyshell, seats, paint,GX badge on the wrong side of the grille. It's got it all.

I wonder what's under the bonnet.

If its been done properly and engineered it would make a good cheap project, maybe we should all chip in and get it as a datsun 1200 club joint venture.

I remember seeing one in the backyard at Dave Millers about 15 years ago, it looked OK, they are no Fairlady but like the guy says it would be cool at Summernats.

I agree with sidedraught, if done properly it could be pretty sweet. However, it does look really shabby, especially as they're trying to pass it as a GX.
