At 10,000 rpm most pasenger car engines have a lot in common with hand grenades, ..... after the pin is pulled.

Stock standard Nissan/Datsun double valve springs will do for 7000 to 8000rpm.
Why do you want to rev to 10 000rpm?
It is useless for a street car.

7500 is enough for a tuned A15
Thats what I limit myself too and I don't have too much trouble having fun with it

I use Holden 6 cyl double springs myself
But thats to suit my cut down L series valves , lash caps and 1.65 roller rockers
I run pretty hefty seat pressures and tension which may limit my rev-ability but I don't want to rev it any harder than that anyway

100hp ATW is enough for now anyway

More to come with turbo but no more revs

with a desent set of roler5 rockers and double valve springs would it rev past 10 000 with a decent cam and exhaust? and still make power?

whats a good way of getting the motor to rev harder after webers and extracters? beside valve springs and roller rockers. would blue printing do anything to the performance?
