Hi guys. I can do turbo manifolds for a series engine for anyone that needs one ok. i only do mild steel stuff at the min as i,m only at this part time for now till things pick up so dont have a tig as yet. They are done from steam pipe bends etc and will last a life time or there abouts. Also do half or full roll cages, welded in to your specs and position etc ok. Just reply here or email....damo702002@yahoo.com.au.cheers DAMO. auto fab

what about the rust that will form on the inside? how will you stop it going into your motor? and what about the heat retention rate of mild steel? how will you stop it from getting ridiculously hot?

hey Damo, being in Melb are you able to build these manafolds without the car ? do you have a template or a 1200 as a guide. I am looking to make up a J pipe with an A14 flange on the short end and blank on the other. See what can you do and approx $$$, i can look after the freight.

Hey picko. Well to stop any internal rust you are worried about there is a really good sealer you can use on mild steel inside and that will also help cut down any heat soak as well ok. Hope that answers your question bud. cheers DAMO. PS my old intake was mild steel and had fuel drawn through it and work a treat mate.
