PAINFULL!!!!
They seem to forget that now people know what will happen and some people won't care, they will continue racing and when cops come there will be so much more dangerous car chases that could cause fatality's.
my theory anyway.

I loved watching that, looks like every second Civic that cruises back and forth past Castle Towers.

These knobs get what they deserve, there's a place to race your cars, and it ain't on the street. I can understand the argument about car chases and the like, but fatalities are already happening and other methods at stopping it haven't worked.

Poor guy the things you do when your young! When i had my gti/r the cops chased me for 5 km before they caught me as i was racing a skyline.
Big fine and probation for a year.
