I'm a happy owner of a datsun 1000 2 doors that was bought by 100 euros with transport.
I need a lot of help because i'm preparing this car to hill climb whith a nissan sr20de and what i need to know is if the sr20 engine mounts are the same as a10 block, if not anyone have put this engine in a 1000?? Change the engine mounts of the sr20 to 1000 is hard? if is a toturial in the forum or outside can you send me the link?? thanks

I think no one has every done that! Only a few 1200s have been fitted with SR20 engine, and it is a tight fit.

changing the mounts wont be that hard, geting the engine under the bonnet might be
cant say ive ever seen a 1000 with an SR in it, mainly due the the available space in a 1000 engine bay, or lack of it
