Hi everybody,
I've had long wheel studs on order ('Nice Products' product) for about six weeks now and Repco just told me they can't get them any more. Does anybody know where I can get some ?? I need at least 15mm over standard - which I'm pretty sure rules out R31 type factory studs.

I got mine from Autobarn. I'm sorry I can't remember the brand.

I use a few studs for my disc conversions
So if they are NS469 I have some here I could part with till the next bacth is ready
14.4mm knurl 45mm long
Might be abt short though thinking about it now.

Any ARP dealers down there? Got my 2.5" studs from them. Worked brilliant.

Wrxsuck - Pm sent.

Matty - That will be the 'Nice Products' brand as well.

Dattoman1000 - Standard Datsun (just about all of 'em) part # is S462. The correct long stud is S4570. I'm going to try getting S4500 as its that close its not funny. Other than that it looks like ARP or custom. I expect both to be expensive.

TnT - Thanks I'll give ARP a try

Good news everybody!
I've been in touch with 'Nice Products' and I've managed to get him to talk to the offshore manufacturer and convince them to make another batch of long wheel studs for Datsuns. I only need 32 off them (for two cars) but the minimum batch qty was 1000 studs. So now there should be plenty for everybody. They can be ordered through repco, autobarn, etc, etc and will be in the country at the end of July.

Ok...now for the next problem !!

PS: I can't believe how much hassle obtaining parts for a kb10 is! These things are getting RARE!

Update...

I've got the studs now. There nto the best quality though, but hey - they only hold the wheels on !!

The steel is really soft and I'm quite dissapointed with the quality. Oh well, I'll chop them down to a reasonable length and install them on the weekend. Just for the record they cost me $5.20 each from repco. 'Nice Products' P/n 4570.

EDIT: the knurl is way out too. 31 splines compared to about 38. Needs a big hammer.
