Hey all.

Well i have well and truely put this project to bed. The only reason i have is because im too lazy to fabricate a manifold and get it all running. And Dad wouldnt let me have a non running car taking up space in the garage anymore.

Quad motorbike carbies off a Honda CB750. Early 80s. 28mm choke. They were checked over and cleaned when i got them at a bike wrecker.

They should suit a mild A14/A15 or A12 if you sticking to the smaller bore. Just make a manifold up and tune and your set.

$200 ono
Located in Perth, Willing to ship.
I am selling for a 1/3 less then what i paid for them!

The motorbike they came off are OHC and a crossflow head design. they allso revv much higher then a A series (10k compared to 6.5k). Jets could easily be drilled out to accomidate more fuel flow. For these reasons the fuel rate is equiled out

Also how big is a standard A series carby? 20 and 21 venturi sizes or there abouts. These are quad 28mm so you have easily over 2ce the air/fuel flow into the engine.

Beattie how much would it cost to get them up to me? I'm interested but it may not be worthwhile considering distance.
