the boys in south aus woulda heard of this place, it's a wreckers where you go in and take what you want and go and pay for it. there's one down Lonsdale and the other up in Elizabeth, but i was wondering if there was any other types of these wreckers in aus and where?? btw, they are pretty cheap

there are a few of these types of places scattered throughout oz. they are known to be cheap but the ones in Adelaide have been putting their prices up..

cool, thanks for that info. im just trying to compile a list of cheap places im gonna try do my 71 datto up with a max of a grand without a sound system or rego. tough but its gettin done!

the only prop with places like u-pull-it is all the cars are stuffed, they rarely get new cars in and all of the good parts are already gone. your best off just doin a ring around different wreckers to find the stuff you need.

anything datsun wise i saw was taken, everything and anything of any value had been stripped but i did manage to pick up a @#$%load for my celica

Agreed!! I cant remember the last time i went to the wreckers scavaging datsun parts. But i've bought quite a few parts on Ebay and thru datsun1200.com members over the last few years!!

Year Davo..... I found the same thing, parts are very hard to come by,
Surprising though ive seen in my travals a few old datto's just sitting in the padock rotten away,
and they wont part with them out here in the west,...
