Hey all, I tried to bolt my turbo onto my manifold yesterday only to find out that the flanges are different

I got the exhaust manifold off a forklift so no real surprise. Can anyone tell me what type of flange it is so that I can get an adapter?

All I can tell you is that it's bigger than a T25. Thanks.
