Dont think it has one. Just remove bottom hose and give it a flush. Easiest way.

Some had them, some didn't. When one is used, it's on the left side of the block, behind & near the center welch plug.

If you have one, the hole may be completely blocked when you pull it out. I use a smallish screwdriver to clear it & it helps a lot with block flushing, much better than the 'pull the radiator hose' method.
If your block does not have it, your flushing options are limited.
