Hi Guys,

its been a couple of years since ive been on here, and i have now pretty much finnished my 1000 2dr sedan, but im looking at upping the wheel size from the 12" kidneys that are on it.

what i need to know is what 14" or 15" rims have the correct offset and how wide can i go, im looking at putting some semi-slicks on it but i have not done any gaurd mods.

any help woud be appreciated, cheers!

i have a set of 15" with a completly wrong offset, but looking at them kinda lined up it looks like 15s might go but, i dont want to buy new rims unless i am a little closer to being sure

Yeh 15s fit. They look too big in my opinion though. Kue1000 has a set of 15s on his blue sedan. Theres pics somewhere, have a look in the perth events section in the photo album.

i had 14" 260Z mags on my thou with 165/55R14 tyres and they didnt rub anywhere.

Now i have 13x7 RS Watanabes with 0 offset and they are great!

hmm dont think so. They are 13x7 +12 on the front but about a 10mm spacer.

I flared the guards a little, but dont think i had to beat the footwell in. i run 185/60R13 up front and 205/60R13 in the rear. With the rears with exactly 0 offset i recon i could go another inch inwards, and they dont hang out of the guards either. The fronts hang out about a inch.

Oh and i only paid about $600 for my Wats off sidedrought from the forums here. No tyres and they looked like new, needed paint and a polish but that was easy enough. But that was cheap and i feel i was lucky to snap em up!
