Hey Guys,

Quick question.
Is my datsun 1200 ute reffered to as a datsun 210 also of is this different.


And i am selling my number plates DAT-79 EOI.

Nope, early 1200 utes, B110, later utes B120.

Im pretty sure it was 76 it changed from B110 to B120.

B210 is a 120y.

ahh yeah i was interested in some new plates for the dato but doesnt look like they are avaliable.

I think i will be holding onto my plates for a little while.

1970-1977 Datsun 1200 trucks have always been chassis code B120, both in Australia and Japan. Its in all the Nissan literature.

Never "210". However I recall reports that ADR plates or local government mismarked some early ones as "B110".

So check the Nissan build plate in the engine compartment to be certain. What does the build plate on your ute say?
