Wanted 4.111 ratio diff centre to suit H150.
(I KNOW ITS A BIG ASK)

Not so sure that such a thing existed, at least as a production item. The only ratios that I know of were 3.889 to 1, ... 3.7 to 1 & 3.54 to 1.
Anything else would very likely be a Datsunsport/Nissansport/Nismo item, so good fortune to you.
