hey guys

i ve sent some mails to have a quotation on a set of 200sx springs for my b310. is it possible that the front are 190lb/ft and rears are 280lb/ft. and is it a good spring rate for my car

think the rears will be too stiff but at least wont sag too much

i mean by when you put weight in them they wont sag too much down where the tyre will hit the guards etc

Opinion? 190 is too stiff except for racing, and 280 way too stiff. I would use B310 springs. The factory spring rate for B310 is 91-92 pounds. That is a very good rate, gives a good comfortable ride. For a street performance car I would fit stiffer sway bars and adjustable (non-gas) shocks.

I agree with ddgonzal. I have some good contacts in the suspension game being an ex spring maker and all. I will ask them for some figures and get back to you.

10x peter for your help i would be more than happy to listen from you about the ratings. to be onnest i have 2 b310s one is for road use and the other is for racing having as sr20det gtir so any suggestions are acceptable
