Looking for sources for a polyurethane idler arm bushing for my '72 1200.
Is the bushing available separately or does one have to buy the entire idler arm?
Thanks!

Definitely can buy the bushing on it's own.

I'm pretty sure that it's still available in Australia through any Auto store.

Fortunately the idler arm bush kit services a fairly wide range of Datsun models in Australia including some 510 cars, along with 610 & 710 models & it also covers B110, B210 & [I think] B310.

There was even a six cylinder model in the list as well from memory & I have bought two kits in recent times.

Thanks for the leads! It sounds like I may be able to dig something up cross referencing to the 210 & 510 series.

Available in USA just about anywhere:
* Nissan dealer
* partsamerica.com
* rockauto.com

About $7 - $10 for the repair kit (two new bushings, washers and nut)

This is for the Idler Arm, part of the steering linkage.
