you can use paint fine, but you have to start with a high quality pic.

Whenyou go to save after the reduction, make sure the JPG settings are set to 'high quality'. That should clean it up a little

ahh theres my problem 'start with a high quality pic.' haha thanks reuby_tuesday! i start with a crappy picture coz i thought its size was already 120x120
