I found this for sale! would it be a good choise to put in my 120y? Is a L20 but doesn`t have gearbox! Opinions please!!!

Thats not an L20. It looks like a Z series donk to me. The CA20's are belt driven. So is most likely a Z20, 22 or 24.

edit; Not my cup of tea though. I prefer the old L series but good parts are getting hard to find. Thats the thing about conversions. As long as you don't go backwards and it it is cost effective and not too heavy, there are no wrong choices.

The only real "advantage" about the Z engines, is that you can easily get fuel injection manifolds for them.
Not my cup of tea though.

Great engine for the ka24e head conversion.
They are exactly the same as an L series except for the pollution style head. Either way in turbo form this head outguns any L series.

Here is the 12valve head conversion absolutely awesome...
