Hi all,

I'm needing to replace the throttle cable in the 1200. Went to the local Burson's and found that they have cables for 1000, 120Y, etc., nothing for 1200.

What would be a good alternative apart from going to the wreckers.

Cheers all,

Kel

why cant you use a 120y cable? they are all just a loop on one end and a lead bead on the other right?

B210 (120Y) uses the same cable as B110 (Datsun 1200). B310 (Sunny) is different.

Thanks for the reply, that will do nicely.

I was caught out once with the line of 'yeah mate, this will fit' when I was looking for a bonnet cable...unfortunately didn't fit.

Can't be too sure now can we...

In a pinch, you could use twine or a plastic newspaper bundle tie. I've made do with that.
