anyway hears the pics from to day fixing old doggy gasless mig welds and filling unneed'd holes

remove the stuff after the '.jpg' and beffor the [/img]

lots and lots of welding one d size gas bottle gone off to get refill tomorro ,
found some rust that had been fill'd with bog grrrrrrrr





more seam welding and remove all paint in engine bay

this weekend me and lurch are deliping the tray so should give it a nice line :)

got the coil overs sort'd today need'd some machining to get the tops to work , ( the set up i got off lagwag a year ago )

found a nice sr20det today :) forgies bigger cams ect ect bit price'y but i know the engine builder through a mate n his work is top notch so im 90% shore ill be broke next week lol

still stuffing around with a rack n pinion steering rack 2 shops in perth might do it or a kb laser rack might be the go ( thanks wiki) but just heard a daewoo rack fits nice so well shall see but i realy dont wanna use the standard worm drive box after a my mate did the rack n pinion set up on his ke10 corrola , with all the power i dont want steering system that was design'd to have a top speed limit of 140kph

Hey dude getting there. Can i ask What sort of mig your using and how you find it ? After a gas and gasless mig for panel work

lincon 180 (usa nascar brand) gas/gasless mig welder $1050 new
has a turn setting so fully ajustable
where some had 3 or 4 setting only
its a million times better than my gasless mig
didn't wanna pay that much but its something you have for life and there so handy i wound have to got to another exorst shop again

sr20 in the quokka yesterday i am pretty sure... i was looking for the ca18 but there was none in there.. still trying 71coupe but cant get hold of him... bummer
