Most of the wiki articles seem fine since the site upgrade. But some wiki articles are truncated

For example:
1. On left, click "Tech Wiki"
2. On the wiki page, scroll to the very bottom and enter:
Toyota T50 5-speed
3. Click Go

Expected: The contents box lists several sections, so I expect to see them all in the article

Observed: The article is cut off. Most of the sections are missing when you scroll down

For comparison, the full article can be seen in Google's cache: Toyota T50 5-speed (click 'cache' under the first link).

I was afraid that it could happen. From what I've tested it was ok but your example proved me wrong. Do you an idea of how many where trunked?
I was thinking on setup a private old wiki to copy any trunked pages that we find.

What do you think?

We could do that. As I see a problem, I can copy old into new.

I have found no pattern to it yet, it is not size-related.

Some of the truncated articles I cannot edit. For example Datsun History

1. Go to http://datsun1200.com/modules/mediawi ... .php?title=Datsun_History
2. Click "Edit this page"

Expected: A Submit or Save button
Observed: I can edit the text, but cannot save the edit

How'd you go with the truncated wiki?

I noticed my user wiki page was truncated too - be nice to recover the info.

I noticed on edit I still can't see the truncated text - but if I look at the page history it shows me the added text on each revision (even though it isn't actually displayed on the page itself)

It is still a problem. For many of the articles, I have the text to put back in there.

But there is no Save button. So I cannot fix it.

I assume it must just be some setting in the code - for how long and article can be.

It seems the text is still saved in there too - as it still generates the same table of contents, just doesn't display all the contents.

Naw, there are much longer articles that are OK.
Daniel is working on the problem.

Hi,

This is an ugly bug, the article is complete on the servers database and every thing works fine on my home development copy of the site. So it seems to be the php installation on the server but after a couple hours I'm still trying to fix it, it's a hard one to find.
