Yes, there is a separate fuse for headlights and dash (meters, etc).

Yes, for a Datsun B110. I don't know what a B210 fuse box looks like.

Hi Guys,

I don't have any blown fuse, only my High Beam bulb in the Dash board is working now , i checked the dash board power socket, when i switch the lights on it is getting 12V Current to it ,How many 12 V lines it has to take in ? is it only one or more than that ? if it is only 1 definitely mine dash board is getting power but will not on my Lights on dash,

Thanks
Regards
Sumith

Is the instrument panel grounded (earth)?

If you have ever removed it, the grounding screw may have gotten loose and fallen out.

If it is broken or removed , can High beam work ?

Yes, headlights are grounded elsewhere.

The instrument panel of a B110 is grounded (earthed) by the bottom screw clip. Easy to miss. To test, just bolt a wire from metal body of the instrument cluster to shiny metal part of dash. If the dash lights start working correctly, you will know a missing earth connection is the reason.

Check that your rear tail lights (park lights) are working.
It's kind of a standard warning feature on many Jap cars to let you know your tail lights have a problem and don't work.
Might not be the case here,a bad earth connection can do some strange things! but worth a check.
