Mine Looks like this , is this also connected as same way as factory techo ? Will it work if i connect it because my dash lights are not working ?

Looks don't matter. My tachometer looks just like the 1200 one but is from a 1974 Datsun 620 and is wired totally differently.

This is what the B210 looks like. Thats what I thought he had. I have uploaded a picture of the wiring of the back of the gauge cluster also.
