Hi all,
Small Ford badged Nissan mid to late 80's I think. 2ltr motor with the 8 sparkplugs. I have no idea what motor it is. I am rather ignorant with such matters, I'll try and get a pic. Does anyone know which one I am talking about and are the motors ect OK for 1200 conversion? I have been offered on at a good price (FREE)to get out of their yard. Am I wasting my time?

Pete,if you had a decent lake and a boat up there you could use it as an anchor....guess thats why it's free.
Yeah your going to take a photo of a Pintara i suspect.
Could probably use it as a stationary motor for a genny or a pump or fork lift or the like.
Horrible thing!

CA20E is a fine motor for non-Turbo use.
