Hi all,
The engine in my mini (1098cc a-series) has died and I have a perfectly good a12 I want to swap it with.

Has anyone mucked around with swapping a BMC a-series to a Datsun a-series? They look very similar but the in-sump transmission and clutch assembly look a bit worrying.
