How can I test my stock tach (USA) without installing it?
Saw the wiring info. But has anyone done this with long leads back into the cab with an aftermarket installed tach working? I'd like to compare them side by side & functioning.

Open the hood. Disconnect the coil + wire, connect it to the tachometer "loop", then back to the coil. Black wire to ground. Yellow/red wire to battery +. Start the engine.

Any potential faulty readings by having two tachometers running @ the same time?

DD, has anyone told you that you're the best?
You are.
Good job man.
Thank you
