datsun 1200 parts to suit 120y

I have a 120y and looking for doors and guards. I am wondering would a door and guard from a 1200 be able to be fitted onto a 120y. The 120y body work has some damage and saw some 1200 doors and guards that are straight and thought it be cheaper to get the parts rather than take the car to a panel beater.

nah 1200 wont fit.. but on the plus side 120y's are more common, so can maybe find some at a wrecker or something?
