Anyone own or regularly Used a Toolex 140 Amp mig gas gasless from Gasweld ? We are looking at spending from $500-$700 on one this weekend. Or recommend other brands with good availability of after sales parts and support

Hey Andy,DON'T GO UNDER 180 save a few extra bucks and hang on a bit longer. If i have sussed anything about you it's that you'll have a crack at most things, and you'll need the grunt at some stage...like maybee build a trailer ha ha
I once had a baby mig,it was a bit like sex in a platic bag, just not the same not to mention frustrating when coming up against something difficult.
I use a UNI MIG 210 with gas without trouble for a bit over a grand, and will and does also handle alloy with a gas and handle change.

Thanks heaps my fellow datto lovers. We are leaning towards the toolex 180 amp on sale at gasweld for $999 and i reckon they should throw in some gas wire and a throw away bottle of gas for that price, Double decker car trailer here i come bert.

Me panel beater mate said to come out to his workshop and hes going to give me a little bit of a crash course and some metal to play with.
