In a couple of days I will be posting an ad up for the sale of my 1200 ute. It is currently registered in NSW and runs a standard a12. A lot of the necessary upgrading has been done for a future conversion, bigger brakes, booster, front end replaced completely. It was planned to get a CA put in it however with my chronic back pain issues I no longer wish to keep it and want to upgrade to something with a bit more room. Datsun 16oo Wagon project.
I will be keeping my ca and any other parts I will need to convert the Wagon, however depending on the price I get for the Ute I have plenty of rare, custom parts or expensive custom made parts that I can give/include in the sale to the buyer.
The a12 had head gasket replaced and a new radiator, thermostat less than 6oooKms ago. I am looking around the 6.5K mark and am open to offers and any reasonable offer will be considered.

Please note I am not selling an 'unfinished project' but a working drivable safe car with performance improvement modifications. Ready for finishing with a conversion or keeping as a strong reliable daily.

The ad will include detailed pictures, list of modifications, and issues and contact details etc. I have simply posted this to see if any 12oo members are interested first.

if you went for a 1200 sedan or wagon you could shell all your ute bits into it.

then you'd have the same 1200 driving experience with a heap more driver comfort!
