Anyone had a JTS head?? Just lookin 4 some opinions of whos good. was gunna have a go myself, but never done one and i know its not just about opening up ports, but in shapes etc. Thinkin i might be best leaving it up to someone whos done them before.

So what would be a rough price for some port work and oversize valves (Have double valve springs already)?

I have used heads from two performance heads porting specialist. JTS and Datrats.

The JTS heads gave good results, but has since been reworked to extract every last bit of HP potential. [JTS is sydney based]

Feral Errol {Datrats] Used Cavehill Engines to do my last head. I am so impressed with the fininsh. It is like a piece of jewelery. This engine workshop does quite a few heads and engines for the IPRA guys in NSW and VIC [that I know of]. If I was to invest substantial $$$'s on a head, this is where I would send it. Cavehill is VIC based

I here good things about Ernie and his ATE business. I cant comment directly as I have not used his services as yet. As far as I can gather, the people who have are most satisfied with the results. Ernie is Sydney based.

cheers
benny
