Thought id finaly get a thread started :P
My ute is a b20 pikup with a stock a12, 4 speed and 4.375 ratio alloy centre diff. it still runs the stock drum brakes but from the photo u can see i have a set of trx rear discs to fit.
some of the new goodies ive collected are

datsun 1200 ute diff (4.11 h165, hope it holds up)
toyota 4AGTE motor running a forged bottom end
wrx turbocharger
microtech mtx-8
T50 5 speed

next parts i need to collect are clutch/flywheel, tailshaft, coils and im thinking of running 13b turbo injectors. i never planned to go for so much power but it all sorta fell into place :P oh yea cant wait to get my paint repaired either :(

well the paint is very good apart from the guard and apron. i will sort wheels out as soon as the trx discs go on as im not sure those rims will be big enough

does anybody know how to tell bosch electronic coils apart. the wreckers down the road has heaps red and black ones and i need 3 more to suit my microtech. can i grab any?

Maybe look for the 'T' or 'R' type (I really don't know).

Maybe just grab a 4 pack coil pack off one of the later model toyota's or ford etc?

yea but bosch coils look more wanky :P i get them cheap thats all

4 pack with the bosch stickers stuck on them?! I have two of the Red GT40t type here I think brand new. They're about $50.00 from the shops though...

lol. wreckers near me does them for $10 each and i have 1 well 2 plus the one in the car at the moment. so im gathering its my cheapest option. maybe i should look up what i have :/
