Did you adjust the clutch cable?

On transmission: 3-4 mm play.

Inside: pad height (139.5-143.5 mm from floor).

Finally check pedal free play -- it must have free play to avoid burning out the clutch (check with fingertips). Pedal play is 11-15mm

Yeah it sounds to me like the adjustment on the clutch cable is out. I forgot to tighten mine after replacing the thrust bearing and had the same issue until I realized I had forgotten to re-tension the clutch cable.

If its been sitting for months in a cooler climaet the clutch may have "welded" itself to the flywheel

So out she comes

Good idea. I had mistakenly thought you had swapped in an A14 and this didn't work. But if it was fine, then not fine after four months of sitting, yes, the clutch disk may be stuck to the flywheel or pressure plate.

Try this:
1. Warm up the engine in nuetral
2. Once warm, put it in first and start it in gear
Make sure it is safe to lurch forward -- nothing in front of the vehicle
3. Once it is going, depress the clutch pedal and give it some throttle

That might snap the disc loose.

Ok the clutch plate is stuck to freewheel!!! I spent an hour bunny hopin the datto up the road trying to free it bout couldn't! Ive been told the only way to fix it is to drop the box out do it manually?

Well, certainly that will fix it.

I'd give it one more try before resorting to the full deal. Get it going, get it into 4th gear at say 50kph, depress the clutch pedal and floor it. If that torque does not break it loose you'll have to remove the gearbox and change the disc. I have dealt with this problem several times with cars of all makes. They all loosened up, but one time the clutch disc tore and had to be replaced.
