what to do when no 5 speed boxes?

ok so for those of us that can not get a hold of a 5 speed box for the datto ute, what have others done to make it more drivable on the hiway? so it dont rev its nuts off so bad? thinking maybe bigger wheels, different diff ratio? interested in what peoiple have done? cheers shano!

no 5 speeds.. go CA18 Or L-series would be a better idea.

not sure of exact figures but i recall somewhere that reco celica boxes were goin for around $700 plus the cost of the dellow kit and a shortened tailshaft, you can prolly get a couple celica boxes from a wrecker cheap but unknown quality.
