pwr alwayss get a good wrap but are mega $$$$.

personally, the ebay ones (golpher i think they are branded) arent too bad. alot of forester guys are using them with no adverse affects. no need for custom, a sr20 rad shoud fit in between your chasis rails. im usng a stock ca s13 radiator.

Supafatto using a alloy ebay sr one... no issues, if anything its too cold! but thats was on stock a12

nope, neither of us cut the rad support panel.

i trimmed my shroud down to fit the fan up a bit higher, as it sits on the front of the rad.

doesnt go under the top support stock, you have to trim the locating tabs down on the bottom tank. Mildman relived his front rail to allow room for the hose so it didnt rub on the rail. No issues here.

sits at this height and bonnet closes easily at this height

stock, it sat like this, and had no chance of closing.

you could also tilt it slightly like the jap drifters with their V moded radiators, but not as tilted, just so it will clear the bonnet if you have major issues. but then it may cause flow issues(shouldnt as its a sealed system) or foul on the engine pullys.

Not hard, if i did it, it must be easy ;)
