Anyone good with valuing wheels?

Condition: Freshly painted centre, polished lip. Good condition, no gutter rash or dents, wheels run true.

Size: 13 x 6

Offset: Fairly close to zero I think.

I am asking on behalf of a friend in Adelaide. He also has rubber but I'm not sure on the specs so if you could price on the bare rims that'd be great.

Probs around the 800 mark for very good condition decent fitting offset genuine hayashi's.
Maybe worth bit more around 1200 with decent rubber + centre caps.
Being 13x6" theyre not exactly the widest wheels and most desirable wheel.
If they are repro's then probs looking around 600.
I wouldn't mind a set of neg offset 13x8s though i rekon the hayashi's are a pretty smik wheel.
