was looking at a set of wheels and was wondering if they would fit stock suspension setup.

16x7+15

if they wont fit what would need to be done to make them fit?

Regardless of the diameter, maximum width is 7" to fit under the stock guards -- but it only fits with offsets of about +10 to -10.

8" wide or even 10" wide will fit if you let them stick out from the side of the car (fit stretch tires and/or overfender flares).
